TODAY'S LESSON: THE GOLDEN RULE
DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU
At some point we all learn this concept, but what does it really mean?
Matthew 7:12 says this: " Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this the law and the prophets." In bible times what you said and what you did said alot about you. Unfortunately it isn't that way so much any more. People tend to make up their minds about you based upon your physical appearance. You know: how you dress, whether or not you wear glasses or braces. Thank goodness God looks at the heart. So the next time you think of doing something mean to somebody think about this. Would you want them to treat you the same way. If not don't do it.
